21+ Age Policy

Pufflane sells only to adults aged 21 and over. This isn’t a suggestion — it’s enforced:

• At checkout: every order goes through age verification before payment is accepted. Orders that fail verification are cancelled and refunded.
• On delivery: carriers may require an adult signature. The person who placed the order should be available.
• Marketing: our ads, emails, and social content are age-gated to 21+ audiences. We do not market to minors, period.
• Misrepresentation: providing false age information is grounds for order cancellation and account closure.

If you believe someone under 21 is using our site, report it to [email protected] and we will act.
