Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states. [REVIEW: confirm restricted states/products with counsel — some states restrict glassware or accessory shipments; do not assume all products ship everywhere.]
Processing time
Orders placed before 2 PM ET ship the same business day from our Farmingdale, New York warehouse. Orders placed after 2 PM ET or on weekends ship the next business day.
Delivery times and rates
- US Ground (3–5 business days): $6.95, or free on orders over $75
- US Expedited (2 business days): $14.95
- US Express (next business day, order by 2 PM ET): $24.95
Delivery estimates are business days and exclude processing time. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package is handed off, but contact us if your tracking stalls for more than 5 business days and we’ll help.
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box. No branding, no product images, no indication of contents. The sender name is a neutral fulfillment name.
Age requirement on delivery
[REVIEW] All orders require adult (21+) signature or age verification on delivery where required by the carrier or product type. The person who placed the order should be available to receive it.
Damaged or lost packages
If your package arrives damaged, photograph the box and contents and contact us within 7 days — we’ll replace or refund, your choice. If tracking shows delivered but you don’t have it, contact us within 14 days and we’ll open a carrier investigation.
