30-day returns

Unused products in original, unopened packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email [email protected] with your order number to start a return — we’ll send a prepaid label for defective or incorrect items.

What’s not returnable

• Used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
• Products missing original packaging or accessories
• Final-sale or clearance items (marked as such on the product page)

Damaged or wrong items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll ship a replacement or issue a refund — your choice — and cover return shipping.

Refund timing

Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
